White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar Packed
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour Leveled
  • ¾ Tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup Raspberries Frozen

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Melt 3/4 cup of butter and add to a large bowl.
  • Add packed light brown sugar, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar to the bowl. Mix to combine.
  • Add 1 egg & 1 egg yolk. Mix to combine.
  • Level flour and add to the large bowl with baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix until just combined.
  • Ass white chocolate chips and raspberries and mix, careful not to overmix.
  • Scoop dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes.
